I have spent 12 years as an HR Business Partner and People & Culture leader — achieving, doing, hustling — and all the while, something was quietly calling me back to myself.
Through my own journey with meditation, somatic work, and embodied practices, I discovered what it means to live with more presence and to embody my true nature. Trained as a Co-Active coach, I now walk alongside others on that same journey — as a coach, a consultant, and a fellow human being who believes deeply in the power of inner work.
